Baku, 08 January (AzerTAc) -- Permanent Representative of Azerbaijan to the UN Agshin Mehdiyev has submitted a letter to the organization`s Secretary-General and the Security Council. The letter says during the months of October and November, 102 cases of violations of the ceasefire by the military forces of Armenia have occurred. As a result of these violations, five servicemen of the armed forces of the Republic of Azerbaijan were killed and one civilian was wounded noted Mehdiyev.
