ALBANY -- Ruth A. Hammond Harlop, 81, died peacefully, Monday, February 26, 2001 at Our Lady of Mercy Life Center. Born in Albany, she was a graduate of Vincentian Institute and the Mildred Elley Business School. Mrs. Harlop was an office manager for over 40 years with Met Life until her retirement in 1979.
